Professional Sales Specialist - Pharma Specialty Care (Taipei)
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will be dedicated in Cardiology and Hematology, and will report directly to the Sales Lead
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible territory: The hospital channel of Taipei
- Utilize and apply company resources during customer visits, conduct effective promotional messages to target customers.
- Responsible for customer development and cultivation in the assigned area, while maintaining strong rapports with existing customers to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Develop territory priorities (action plans) with both qualitative and quantitative metrics with timely review and reporting.
- Plan and execute territory activities that align with business units/product strategy while providing timely feedback to sales lead and marketers.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience: 3 years or above of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as marketer or sales representative
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good at operating Microsoft software, e.g.: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc
- Basic English ability is required, especially in listening and reading
- Possess the characteristics of being proactive and able to independently develop the market in related fields
- Willingness to accept changes and challenges
- Familiar with therapeutic areas of Anesthesia, Anti-infectious disease is preferred
- Driving license is required
