So, what will you be responsible for?
- Lean Improvements: Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead/participates in
cross-functional teams to implement identified improvements. Support activities in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency, energy conservation, waste minimization and operational excellence.
- Ensure lean methodologies are adhered to, including 5s.
- Perform Laboratory Gembas.
- Provide support for a wide range of quality projects.
- Generate, review and archive of documentation as appropriate.
- Participate and comply with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements, as relevant.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of documentation and retention records.
- Participate in laboratory-based duties as required, including but not limited to, pH calibrations, balance calibrations, gathering materials, labelling, preparing solutions.
- Assist with sample management, sample disposal and expiry check tasks.
- Support troubleshooting activities as required.
- Build on presentation skills and participate in site metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude-ready to work as part of a supportive team.
