The role combines technical leadership with deep expertise in cloud engineering, full-stack development, AI-enabled applications, data integration, and DevSecOps.\nThe successful candidate will drive platform modernization, embed AI capabilities into business solutions, accelerate engineering delivery through AI-assisted development practices, and mentor teams in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient products.\nWhat would you do:\nCloud & Full-Stack Engineering\nDesign, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications using .NET, Python, APIs, cloud-native services, and modern web technologies.\nBuild secure, scalable, and responsive user experiences using Angular and/or React.\nArchitect and implement cloud-native solutions across Azure and AWS.\nDevelop APIs, integrations, workflows, and event-driven services supporting PSPM capabilities.\nLead modernization initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.\nOwn end-to-end solution delivery from architecture through production support.\nAI Solutions & Engineering Innovation\nDesign and implement AI-powered capabilities using Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, intelligent platforms.\nDevSecOps & Cloud Operations\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, and security controls.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.\nEstablish monitoring, telemetry, observability, dashboards, and alerting.\nLead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues across application, cloud, infrastructure, and data layers.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, SDLC, and operational readiness standards.\nTechnical Leadership\nServe as the technical lead for engineering teams and strategic initiatives.\nProvide architecture guidance, design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentorship.\nTranslate business needs into scalable technical solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver business value.\nDrive adoption of cloud-native architectures, AI-driven solutions, automation, and engineering best practices.\nFoster a culture of ownership, innovation, quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nWhat you Should Have:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nExperience & Technical Skills\n8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing responsibilities in technical leadership and solution delivery.\nStrong expertise in C#/.NET, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with Python for application development, automation, integrations, data processing, and AI solutions.\nExperience designing, building, and operating cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.\nProficiency in Angular or React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.\nExperience with enterprise integrations, data platforms, APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.\nHands-on experience designing, developing, or integrating AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG-based applications, intelligent automation, or conversational AI.\nDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery, quality, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.\nStrong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and cloud operations.\nExperience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decision-making.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms such as Microsoft Project Online, Project Server Subscription Edition, Planner Premium, Planisware, ServiceNow PPM,
