This role requires expertise in VMware technologies and Windows operating systems management to ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.\nWhat will you do in this role:\nVMware Environment Management:\nDesign, deploy, and maintain VMware infrastructure solutions, including vSphere, vCenter, and NSX.\nManage and optimize virtual machines and host environments, ensuring high availability and performance.\nImplement backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtual environments, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.\nMonitor and troubleshoot VMware performance issues, applying root cause analysis for effective resolution.\n\nWindows Server Administration:\nInstall, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems in a multi-domain environment.\nManage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Domain Name System (DNS) services to ensure seamless integration and security.\nDevelop, implement, and enforce best practices for Windows security, patch management, and system updates.\nAutomate system administration tasks using PowerShell scripting to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.\nSystem Integration and Collaboration:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure robust infrastructure integration.\nProvide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users on VMware and Windows-related issues.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.\nPerformance Monitoring and Optimization:\nUtilize monitoring tools to assess and optimize the performance of VMware and Windows environments.\nIdentify opportunities for improvement in system performance, availability, and scalability.\nWhat should you have:\nBachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.\n7+ years of experience in VMware technologies and Windows Server administration.\nVMware Certified Professional (VCP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications preferred.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts, virtualization best practices, and server hardware.\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with automation tools.\nOur technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
