And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centres.\nRole Overview\nThe Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (CIAM) is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Customer Identity & Access Management solutions across global digital ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity services using our Connect 2.0 platform and related CIAM technologies. The CIAM platform is a strategic foundational capability supporting customer-facing applications, digital channels, and business programs across Animal Health.\nWhat will you do in this role\nDesign, develop, configure, and support CIAM solutions using PingOne and related technologies.\nImplement authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Authorization, federation, and consent management capabilities.\nDevelop integrations between CIAM platforms and web-applications.\nSupport customer identity lifecycle management and access governance processes.\nTroubleshoot production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.\nEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and architecture standards.\nParticipate in platform upgrades, market rollouts, and modernization initiatives.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.\nWhat should you have:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n7+ years of software engineering and CIAM experience.\nExperience with PingOne, Okta, Auth0, or similar CIAM technologies.\nStrong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, federation, and API security.\nExperience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience withb2b and b2c CIAM and digital customer-facing web-applications.\nKnowledge of GDPR, consent management, and identity governance.\nExperience integrating Salesforce, eCommerce, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.\nCIAM or Identity Management certifications.\n(web-) UX & UI creation experience\nPrimary Skills\nCustomer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)\nIdentity Federation & API Security\nREST APIs & Cloud Integration\nPingOne Advanced Services\nPingOne\nSSO / Sign On\nMFA / PingID\nDirectory\nAuthorize\nDaVinci\nSecondary Skills\nCI/CD Pipelines & Git\nAgile Delivery Methodology\nGDPR & Consent Management\nSalesforce (API) / MuleSoft / SAP BTP / AWS Microservices\nIdentity Governance (IGA) & Troubleshooting\nWho we are\nWe are known as well-known org Inc., Rahway, New Jersey, USA in the United States and Canada.
