Main Responsibilities
Lead & Coordinate: Manage multiple key projects and workstreams from planning to delivery.
Plan & Mitigate: Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and address risks proactively.
Build Alignment: Foster collaboration and build strong relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Support enterprise programs in manufacturing technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
Facilitate Governance: Enable effective project governance, transparent reporting, and collaborative decision-making.
Global Collaboration: Coordinate activities across international teams and time zones.
Site Deployment: Support the deployment and transformation of technology solutions across manufacturing sites.
Empower Teams: Help project teams and technical experts overcome roadblocks and deliver sustainable outcomes.
Executive Reporting: Prepare reports, dashboards, governance materials, and communications for leadership decision-making.
Change Readiness: Support change management, adoption, and operational readiness for strategic technology initiatives.
Your Profile
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, alongside a proventrack recordof managing projects or cross-functional initiatives.
Global Mindset: Professional fluency in English, with a passion for collaborating across diverse cultures and global time zones.
Adaptability: Experience working successfully within complex, matrixed organizations.
Industry Awareness: Experience or a strong interest in manufacturing environments, operations, or highly regulated industries (such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, or chemicals).
Technical Curiosity: Exposure toor familiarity with cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, or manufacturing systems.
Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies (certifications are highly valued but not mandatory).
