That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.\nScope of the responsibility lies within Discovery solutions PMOps Business support.\nSpecialist supports Product Managers, Management Managers and Project Managers in execution of tasks related to Product Life Cycle Management/New Product Introduction by collaborating with Cross-functional teams using various systems for Discovery solutions Business.\nYour role:\nResponsibilities:\nSupports Product Life Cycle Management / New Product Introduction activities through SAP & Web Data Maintenance using various tools\nReview NPDI completeness, Master data completeness and correctness\nSupport master data management including data review, data cleansing, data enrichments and data consistency checks.\nReview Corpbase data compilation and data cleansing. Trouble shoot WEB PDP data\nSupport all relevant steps of product life cycle management and Portfolio review activities.\nProject Management Support - supporting the PMO (creating dashboards, collecting all needed data, setting up meetings, sending reminder, etc)\nMeeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the STAKEHOLDERS\nAccountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity\nEnsure that internal and external customer's requirements are met on timely basis\nThis position has no supervisory responsibility nor require any Business Travel.\nWho you are:\nEducation: Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Chemistry) from a reputed University.\nExperience: 0-2 Years in Scientific Industry\nScientific Knowledge - In depth Proficiency and functional command expected over Life science subject.\nUnderstanding of roles and responsibilities of Business Operations.\nIn depth Proficiency with internet and e-mail.\nVery good skills in Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint) and ability to set up complex database queries.\nBehavioral Competencies:\nGood oral and written communication skills.\nGood organizational skills\nProficient in Problem solving, Planning & execution\nGood understanding of management of interfaces and process understanding is required.\nHigh ability for self-management\nAbility to bring up solutions self-driven.\nGood proficiency in Customer orientation, Business acumen and Leading change.\nSome combination of the above may be acceptable\nADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS\nSince the responsibilities include being involved in frequent calls with the Product management, Project leads and Vendors who are mostly located in the North America and European continent, the work hours would be from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST, subject to slight modifications based on company policy.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
