Vous participerez activement aux activités liées au Facility Management, à la mobilité et à l'économat, tout en développant vos compétences professionnelles.\nTon rôle:\nGestion intégrale de l'économat, de l'approvisionnement à la livraison ainsi que les commandes de fournitures alimentaires et de boissons pour diverses réunions.\nSupport administratif concernant le plan de mobilité.\nAccueil des nouveaux collaborateurs ainsi que traitement des demandes des collaborateurs en matière de support. Gestion des caisses personnelles des collaborateurs.\nTraitement et envoi du courrier de l'entreprise ainsi que l'archivage des documents.
