You will schedule regular service visits and installations in a timely manner, keep the CRM (ServiceMax) accurate and up to date, and give timely feedback to ISC and TSS to support quote and troubleshooting accuracy. You will manage your own service stock (spare parts in stock/vehicle) to maximise first-time fix rate, and communicate with customers and colleagues to support business development by promoting service activities, products and solutions. You will also report regularly to Management, attend meetings, exhibitions, seminars, sales conferences and training as required, look after company equipment, manage business administration and expenses accurately and punctually, and carry out other duties aligned with company strategy.
