External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nYou will manage day-to-day operations of the Burlington, Massachusetts M Lab™ Collaboration Center working with the local commercial, innovation, EHS, and facilities teams to ensure maximum lab operational uptime, equipment and consumables availability, and exceptional site visit experiences consistent with our global network of M Lab™ Collaboration Centers.\nContribute to managing M Lab™ facilities, equipment, instrumentation, utilities, digital and AV technology, the Curiosity Hub, and laboratory users.\nProcess and fulfill lab requests while ensuring equipment, technology, and facilities remain operational and customer-ready.\nHelp manage equipment calibration, maintenance, repairs, setup, breakdown, shipping, decontamination documentation, and vendor coordination.\nHelp manage laboratory inventories, including consumables, chemicals, spare parts, tools, suppliers, purchasing, and delivery tracking in line with procurement policies and project schedules.\nPrepare basic chemical and biological solutions; maintain laboratory cleanliness and support all visitor scheduling, special events, employee tours, and lab user training.\nContribute to process improvements through special project execution as prescribed by the M LabTM Manager, Contribute to M LabTM set up for internal and customer projects, tours and collaborations.\nContribute to equipment shipping to and from the M LabTM facility, in support of customer trials and trade shows. \nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in Life Science or Technical Engineering discipline. \n2+ years of lab experience. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nGood communication skills, independent and proactive work philosophy\nStrong customer service skills and philosophy\nProficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite software. \nAbility to adapt quickly to daily and weekly priorities in a fast paced commercial environment.\nAbility to organize, prioritize and direct work activities to respond to the needs of a variety of partners and stakeholders.\nReasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.\nPrior experience with SFDC software.\nPay Range for this position: $28-$44 per hour.\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
