External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nThe Manufacturing Supervisor is a shift-based position that is responsible for the coordination of production activities overseeing shift personnel in Production 4. The Supervisor will achieve production targets, department metrics and objectives ensuring productivity, financial delivery, quality, service, and safety. The Supervisor will ensure thorough training, mentoring and motivating employees, as well as establishing performance standards, monitoring employees’ performance against those standards, and appropriately communicating evaluations of performance to employees.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to;\nOversee statistical performance of processes and process equipment to ensure minimal variability in product quality.\nSupports in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.\nBuilds and maintains a culture of hazard recognition, risk assessment, and incident prevention.\nReport safety and quality events, assist in root cause analysis and sustainable resolution.\nResponsible for development, introduction and operation of process monitoring & control systems and procedures, including analysis of this data to identify trends and weaknesses.\nManage and drive the training and educational process and procedures for production and packaging team.\nConducts employee reviews for staff performance per company guidelines and support employee development to ensure individual and company objectives are addressed.\nEnsures group maintains and improves work areas following the established 6S program.\nParticipates in investigating Quality and EHS issues using Root Cause Analysis methodology, implements robust corrective and preventative actions.\nHours/Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2+ years of chemical manufacturing operations or R&D experience.\n1+ years of leadership experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or other Life Science discipline.\nPay Range for this position: $85,000/yr - $131,900/yr.\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
