modification / creation for new mechanical & process components. \nGood knowledge of Engineering Change Controls (Notification / Request).\nCapable of performing Risk Assessment Meeting of product changes with local & Global team.\nTracking the change control responsibilities with CFT & ensuring the same is completed within the prescribed time to close the CC in the system.\nMechanical component spare part identification & database preparation.\nSub assembly BOM standardization (Connectors for Pneumatic, Vent filter housing, Housing with Strainer, PRV with adaptors (Steam & Jacket), Peristatic pump with flexible hose) vessel connectors / flange etc.\nMechanical library standardization support (LCM).\nConceptual layout DATA base preparation & standardization support.\nFreeze the system conceptual layout before the design starts up.\nISO documents monitoring.\nSOP updating/preparation.\nMS Project plan preparation support.\nManage the project folders systematically for audit references.\nEnsure successful implementation of any upgradation / new design in mechanical process.\nDocuments uploading to CARA/Server.\nData entry.\nKnowledge of Engineering Life Cycle Management of the products\nSoftware skills\nAutoCAD\nCreo Parametric \nMS Office applications\nPiping design software’s (PDMS, Plant 3D, CADWorx, Open plant modeler, Cadison, etc.)\nQualification\nPre-requisites\nBachelor’s degree, in mechanical engineering or equivalent.\nA minimum of 8 years of practical experience in 2D & 3D modeling of parts, sub-assemblies & drafting.\nKnowledge of GD&T.\nSound knowledge on Excel & word.\nCandidate with good knowledge on biopharmaceutical companies is preferred.\nPersonal competencies\nCapacity to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.\nAbility to effectively complete the tasks entrusted.\nCapacity to easily adapt to changing priorities and timelines.\nAbility to learn quickly and attention to detail.\nGood communication skill in English.\n Optional competencies\nWorking experience using Quality tools.\nKnowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001.\nPV Elite Vessel design, Vessel, piping & skid
