That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.\nYour Role:\nEnsure that payrolls are completed timely, efficiently, and accurately for US and Canada\nDeliver payroll in timely and accurate way\nsupporting exempt/salary and non-exempt/hourly payrolls in biweekly payroll environment \nsupporting payrolls with shift differential pay, regular rate of pay, union populations\nanswer questions related to payroll including tax and benefit deductions\nmanually calculate gross to net pay in order to do appropriate research/root cause when issues ariseIncluding 401k deferrals (pre and post tax)\nIncluding non qualified deferred compensation\nIncluding various benefit deductions\nIncluding various tax deductions\n\nworks closely with Benefits Administration, HR and other third-party vendors. \nresponsible for addressing employee questions and concerns in a professional manner via email, case system, phone or via chat\n\nWho You Are:\nIn-depth knowledge of US and Canada payroll, payroll tax and time and attendance rules and regulation\n4-6 years end to end payroll processing experience for mid to large sized companies\nKnowledge related to W2/T4/RL1 and the data that should be included/mapped to those year end forms\nStrong reconciliation skills using excel (formulas, vlookup, basic pivot) required\nStrong organizational skills required\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize\nAbility to identify process improvements\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
