Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.\nProduct Specialist - Saudi Arabia\nTasks and Responsibilities:\nThe capabilities required for success in this role are:\nUnderstands the healthcare marketplace Saudi Arabia; the payer environment; customer & accounts priorities; patient, product and monetary flows; patient disease states and therapeutic options.\nAnalyzes business trends, market dynamics, patient, product and monetary flows; prioritizes opportunities; builds territory and account plans; and secures needed resources.\nExecutes territory and account plans; achieves territory and account plan goals & objectives and materialize actions on a timely basis; and regularly evaluate and adjusts territory and account plans as needed.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor degree in Pharmacy.\nExperience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a PLUS.\nHas the understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant market.\nExcellent planning and time management skills.\nStrong written and verbal English skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong analytical skills.\nStrong business acumen.\nDemonstrated resilience in complex environments.\nDemonstrated high learning agility.\nExcellent team collaboration.\nPosition is based in Riyadh.\nThe candidate should be holding Saudi Citizenship.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
