External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nAt Chandler, AZ we manufacture electro-mechanical OEM gas and chemical distribution systems used in the semiconductor industry. As a QAF Certification Technician, you will join a close-knit team that helps deliver safe, reliable products through hands-on testing, calibration, inspection, and final quality review.\nThis role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys technical work, takes pride in precision, and wants to contribute to a team that values quality and reliability. This position may require overtime and up to 10% domestic travel.\nFollow internal and external safe work practices and safety standards. Support and follow the site ISO 9001 Quality Assurance program and perform additional tasks as needed.\nOversee cleaning, welding, fabrication, and assembly activities for compliance with specifications.\nVerify flow schematics, inspect welds, and troubleshoot electrical systems.\nMonitor dimensional inspection of tubing, piping components, and assemblies.\nPerform functional testing using electro-mechanical and electronic instrumentation.\nCalibrate pressure transducers, electronic weight scales, and other process instrumentation.\nPerform helium leak testing using a mass spectrometer leak detector, pneumatic control testing of ultra-high-purity equipment and gas panels/cabinets.\nComplete final quality review of equipment before release to the customer.\nThe standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. \nPhysical Attributes:\nLift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.\nBend, stoop, squat, crawl, kneel, climb, and/or reach above the shoulder.\nWear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, masks, and/or safety-toed shoes.\nStand for the full 8-hour shift, with overtime as needed.\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n2+ years of quality or electrical controls experience.\nOR\nAssociate Degree in Electronics, Industrial Process Controls, or other technical discipline.\n1+ years of quality or electrical controls experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.\nTechnical training in electronic computer controls or PLC process controls.\nExperience performing helium leak testing with a mass spectrometer leak detector.\nExperience performing pneumatic control testing of ultra-high-purity equipment and gas panels/cabinets.\nExperience overseeing welding and fabrication assembly activities for compliance with specifications.\nExperience entering data using an overhead HMI screen and/or desktop computer.\nExperience with PLC or microprocessor-based process controls.\nExperience using hardware and software tools to improve productivity.\nPrevious experience with SAP.\nPrevious experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nPay Range for this position: $29.00 - $44.00\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
