Our mission is to optimize our inventory to ensure to have “the right products, at the right quantity, in the right place” to meet our customer’s demand within a global network. Develop an action plan to improve customer service levels and KPI performance.\nThe open position is reporting to the Head of Network Planning - Downstream / Aseptic Products and is based in Jaffrey, NH. The position is a permanent hire aimed to reinforce the existing Network Planning team and support additional activities.\nCommunication with the Distribution Centers, Production, Customer Service, and Sales throughout the company to improve service\nResponsible for the requirements planning and stocking in the Distribution Centers\nRelease of the daily orders for intercompany suppliers\nCoordination of the supply chain between supplying and global receiving sites\nMonitoring and action to address backorders\nIdentify and follow up customer-specific requirements, making use of the whole logistics network to serve the customer\nLead process improvement activities to improve customer service levels\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline\n5+ years of Supply Chain experience\n3+ years’ experience working in a supply chain function with an ERP system, such as Oracle and/or SAP.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nASCM CPIM/CSCP Certification preferred\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; will be working with diverse global teams\nComputational skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint\nStrong background in Supply Chain Planning\nAble to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nSolid analytical skills and results-oriented\nAble to effectively influence in an extremely matrixed organization\nCustomer-focused, proponent of change, excellent teamwork skills\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
