External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nRole can be based in US or APAC or Europe\nYour Role:\nMillipore Sigma’s Validation Services team is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion across our global laboratory network. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and driving execution across multiple functions and stakeholders to ensure timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.\nThe Project Manager will partner closely with laboratory leaders, technical experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving, influence alignment, resolve blockers, maintain clear communication, and provide consistent visibility into project progress throughout the full lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ownership are clearly defined. Coordinate with global laboratory teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, decisions, and next steps across functions.\nInfluence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams and functions to maintain project momentum\nManage project timelines, deliverables, follow-up actions, and dependencies to keep work progressing toward agreed objectives.\nTrack project progress, identify risks, delays, and resource constraints, and work with relevant stakeholders to prioritize mitigation actions and resolution plans.\nEscalate issues, risks, or delays as needed to enable timely decisions, remove blockers, and support resolution.\nMaintain accurate project updates, dashboards, and reporting materials that reflect milestones, risks, actions, overall project health, and progress for key stakeholders.\nFacilitate project meetings and document decisions, actions, owners, and next steps to support follow-through.\nSupport resolution of issues that may impact quality, delivery, or timing\nDrive stakeholder accountability by ensuring commitments are clear, tracked, and followed through.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5-7+ years of experience managing projects from initiation to completion \nStrong ability to influence others, build alignment, and work effectively across functions\nDemonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities in a structured way\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nExperience working in a global, cross-functional environment\nProficiency with project tracking, reporting, and project management tools (e.g., smartsheet)\nMust be fluent in English\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP certification \nExperience in laboratory, technical, scientific, or regulated environments\nFamiliarity with global project coordination across sites or regions\nExperience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives\nPay Range for this position: $96,500 - $166,300. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
