The team consists of Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Project Managers working in an agile environment to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions. You will work closely with development, security, and architecture teams to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across our IAM landscape.\nYou will join a team that operates mission-critical IAM services, including internally developed microservices and open-source applications running on containerized platforms.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud infrastructure.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code.\nBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable software delivery.\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous reliability improvements.\nCollaborate with development, security, and architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and automation capabilities.\nContribute to operational excellence through standardization, automation, and best practices.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with container platforms, particularly Kubernetes.\nExperience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services such as EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and S3.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform.\nProficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, or Ruby.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\nKnowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions, including tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems environments.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.\nFluent in English.\nNice to Have\nExperience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.\nExperience with Ansible or other automation frameworks.\nExperience with serverless architectures and AWS-native services.\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies.\nExperience supporting business-critical production platforms in an SRE or platform engineering environment.\nWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
