The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize complex K2-based solutions, lead technical discussions with customers and teammates, and drive best practices in coding, testing, and release management. This role combines hands-on development with collaboration, mentorship, and process adherence.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with customers and team members to discuss requirements and design robust K2-based solutions.\nProvide accurate effort estimates for requirements and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nDeliver individual contributions while actively supporting team objectives and project milestones.\nReview code, establish coding standards, and ensure quality deliverables.\nShare knowledge through virtual sessions and team forums.\nAdhere to project timelines and change management processes to ensure compliant releases.\nWhen working from home, align with shift schedules, maintain proper work logs, and present professionally.\nMentor junior team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and growth in technology expertise.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).\nTechnical Skills (Must-Have)\n6-10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Nintex K2 Five.\nExperience creating and configuring SmartObjects, forms, views, and workflows using out-of-the-box features.\nExperience developing custom brokers using .NET assemblies and SharePoint APIs.\nStrong experience integrating with SQL, SharePoint, SAP, Web Services, REST APIs, and Oracle.\nProficiency in developing and optimizing SQL Server artifacts (tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers).\nHands-on experience with SOAP and JSON serialization/deserialization.\nExperience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.\nSSRS and Power BI for analytics reporting.\nNice to have: experience with Dox42 and its integration with K2.\nExperience in writing code review guidelines and creating a dummy system for automated testing.\nHands-on experience with packaging and deployment tools, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps for release management.\nK2 Certification.\nServiceNow and Azure DevOps is a plus.
