External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.\nYour Role:\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDevelop industrial control systems and OT solutions following GAMP 5 guidelines, including technical specifications and validation support documentation, ensuring designs enable GxP compliance for biopharmaceutical R&D environments.\nDesign and implement PLC programming and SCADA/HMI applications.\nImplement data exchange solutions using communication protocols. \nDemonstrate solutions via presentations and proof-of-concept implementations.\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders on the requirements and participate in Agile/Nexus Framework practices.\nHybrid role requiring three days onsite and two days remote. \nWho You Are:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other Engineering discipline. \n4+ years of hands-on experience in Industrial Control Systems and OT technologies in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI development in R&D environments.\n1+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExpert in STL/FBD/Ladder and object-oriented programming using Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS.\nExpert in SCADA/HMI development using Siemens WinCC, Ignition, Aveva System Platform.\nExperience with OPC DA & UA, MODBUS, Ethernet/IP protocols for real-time data exchange.\nExperience with DCS solutions (Delta-V and/or Siemens PCS), UI design and prototyping.\nExperience with MS SQL Server and .NET framework.\nStrong hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens WinCC.\nHands-on MTP (Module Type Package) implementation experience.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket.\nFamiliarity with Automated testing frameworks, Version control (GitHub), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines for industrial automation systems.\nFamiliarity Virtualization technology, Docker, Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus). \nExperience with Prometheus, RabbitMQ, Java, Docker, virtualizing SCADA and PLC packages.\nFamiliarity with ISA-88/ISA-95 standards. \nAgile methodology experience.\nKnowledge of AI solutions and using SDLC.\nPay Range for this position: $94,200 - $141,400 / year\nThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
