We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.\nKey Responsibilities of the Role:\nTo provide full support to Construction Team including, \nManagement of the project cost control.\nResponsible for the weekly reporting to the site and sector commercial managers and the line manager.\nPreparation of the monthly accounts for the Client.\nResponsibility for the forecasting of cash inwards & outwards\nResponsible for Completing Month End Reports for projects\nSeparating cost out between the projects as all are combined within one job code. \nFinalising subcontractor applications and processing payment certs. \nManaging Processing and approving all car and house rentals.\nCleaning and waste removal invoices.\nBilling correctly the invoices and car rental to each project as defined.\nProcessing payment of warehouses and phone bills for projects.\nManaging of the catering for the Sites along with the rental.\nAligning with Invoices to ensure payment is approved.\nApproving and creating PO’s for hire.\nAligning subsistence and flights for Project staff members and ensuring reimbursement is done.\nEssential Criteria for the Role:\nAcademically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry \n3+ years’ experience in a cost control / management role \nExperience in the electrical sector an advantage \nExperience in use of Excel a requirement \nExcellent Analytical and problem-solving skills. \nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. \nExperience using SAP & Microsoft Office advanced user skills. \nGood oral & written communication skills\nMercury is an equal opportunities employer.\nControllore dei costi\nMercury è leader europeo nelle soluzioni per l'edilizia.\nProgettiamo e gestiamo complessi progetti di ingegneria e costruzione per le aziende leader a livello mondiale. il proprio potenziale.\nPrincipali responsabilità del ruolo:\nPer fornire pieno supporto al team di costruzione, tra cui: \nGestione del controllo dei costi del progetto.\nResponsabile della rendicontazione settimanale ai responsabili commerciali di sito e di settore e al responsabile di linea.\nPreparazione della contabilità mensile per il Cliente.\nResponsabilità della previsione dei flussi di cassa in entrata e in uscita\nResponsabile della redazione dei report di fine mese per i progetti\nSeparazione dei costi tra i progetti, poiché tutti sono raggruppati in un unico codice di lavoro. \nCompletamento delle pratiche dei subappaltatori ed elaborazione dei certificati di pagamento. \nGestione, elaborazione e approvazione di tutti i contratti di locazione di auto e case.\nFatture per la pulizia e lo smaltimento dei rifiuti.\nFatturazione corretta delle fatture e del noleggio auto per ciascun progetto, come definito.\nGestione dei pagamenti relativi ai magazzini e alle bollette telefoniche per i progetti.\nGestione del servizio di ristorazione per le strutture e del relativo affitto.\nAllineamento con le fatture per garantire l'approvazione del pagamento.\nApprovazione e creazione di ordini di acquisto per l'assunzione.\nCoordinare le spese di soggiorno e i voli per i membri dello staff del progetto e garantire il rimborso.\nRequisiti essenziali per il ruolo:\nQualifica accademica (laurea) e/o esperienza rilevante nel settore \nEsperienza di almeno 3 anni in un ruolo di controllo/gestione dei costi \nL'esperienza nel settore elettrico costituisce un vantaggio \nÈ richiesta esperienza nell'utilizzo di Excel \nEccellenti capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi. \nElevato livello di precisione e attenzione ai
