This position requires tenacity, problem\nsolving skills and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.\nResponsibilities of the role:\nRespond to client shipping requests and inquiries via emails and phone\nProvide clients consultative guidance on which of our services will best meet their needs\nTrack shipments throughout transit and proactively notify clients of status and work with\ncarriers to promptly resolve any issues or delays\nWork directly with clients and Provide prompt response to service\nBook client shipments with a broad network of Mercury partners\nReview and process domestic and international shipping documents for accuracy and\ncompleteness before submission to partners and customs officials\nUpdate our Mercury CRM to reflect the most up-to-date, accurate, and detailed\ninformation on each shipment\nAdd vendor and client charges to shipment info to streamline invoicing\nComply with all company business processes, procedures and work instructions\nWho We’re Looking For\nThe ideal candidate for the role of Logistics Client Support Guide role takes initiative a strong\nsense of urgency and perform well under tight deadlines. You are a great multi-tasker and do well\nunder pressure. As a member of a client’s dedicated support team, your strong interpersonal skills\nand the ability to quickly build rapport and trust will be critical to your success.
