Our platform will handle all time-critical and temperature-sensitive shipments as well as express package and freight shipments for life sciences and healthcare companies.\nWe’re looking for a Technical Product Manager, someone who thrives on solving complex problems, working closely with technology teams, and taking ownership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Technical Product Manager, you’ll own product areas end-to-end and work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other teams to turn complex business and customer problems into effective product solutions.\nOwn product areas from discovery and problem definition through delivery and continuous improvement\nTranslate customer and business needs into clear, scalable product solutions\nPartner closely with Engineering on solution design, technical trade-offs, and delivery\nDefine requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success metrics\nUse data, customer feedback, and operational insights to make informed product decisions\nCommunicate priorities and decisions clearly across cross-functional teams\nWho You Are\nYou’re a product thinker with strong technical instincts. You enjoy getting into the details, asking difficult questions, and turning ambiguity into clear direction. You’re comfortable working across product, technology, and business teams and take ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills. You’ll work closely with US-based colleagues and stakeholders\n4-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role\nStrong technical understanding and experience working closely with Engineering teams\nExperience owning products or complex features from discovery through delivery\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills\nHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence\nAbility to understand complex systems, dependencies, and technical trade-offs\nComfortable operating in an environment where requirements aren’t always fully defined\nProactive, curious, collaborative, and highly accountable\nCurrently based in Turkeyand able to work Turkey business hours\nExperience with B2B SaaS, logistics, healthcare/life sciences, fintech, or other complex platformsis a plus\nWhy Mercury\nWe’re not just a shipping company - we’re a technology company transforming logistics for innovators across diagnostics, research, and medical technology.
