Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you will support workforce planning, capability development, workforce attraction and strategic projects that ensure we have the right people, with the right skills, at the right time to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about workforce innovation and building sustainable workforce solutions in one of Australia's fastest growing care sectors. You will contribute to initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, develop career pathways, improve workforce sustainability and support organisational growth across our Home Care services.\nIn this role you will:\nSupport workforce planning and workforce development initiatives across Home Care.\nAnalyse workforce data, trends and insights to identify workforce risks, opportunities and future workforce needs.\nAssist in developing workforce reports, dashboards and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.\nCoordinate workforce capability and career development programs that support employee growth and retention.\nContribute to workforce attraction, talent pipeline and workforce sustainability initiatives.\nBuild and maintain partnerships with education providers, community organisations and key stakeholders.\nSupport workforce-related projects associated with service growth, transformation and continuous improvement.\nResearch workforce trends and develop recommendations that enhance workforce outcomes.\nCollaborate with operational leaders, people & culture and learning & development teams on workforce initiatives.\nPromote innovative workforce solutions that strengthen service delivery and employee experience.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nIt takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare and community services.
