Build strong partnerships with families, schools and local services, ensuring people are connected with the right support at the right time, and contribute to the design of programs that respond to the needs of the community. Provide guidance and supervision to your team, promote safe and effective practice, and keep programs on track through careful planning, collaboration and sound judgement.\nAbout you \nYou are confident in making decisions, navigating complexity and supporting others to perform at their best. You bring a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to your practice and value working collaboratively with children, families, colleagues and community partners. Your key experience will include:\nExperience coordinating programs, services or teams within a community, family, children’s or similar environment.\nLeadership or supervision experience, with a focus on building capability and creating a positive team culture.\nStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, community services and other stakeholders.\nAn understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred approaches.\nStrong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook\n Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.\nA current Driver’s Licence.\nA valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).\nDepartment of Education Clearance obtained within the past three years.\nNational Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months) \nAbout the benefits \nYou'll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming Western Australian organisation passionately committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
