This position will work closely with others in the organization’s IT leadership group in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable systems that will grow with the company. \nDuties/Responsibilities:\nLeads development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT operations. \nDirects, oversees, and assists with the selection, design, implementation, specifications, mapping, and installation of company software applications. \nDevelops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in emergencies or data loss. \nEstablishes efficiency standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure. \nAnalyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics based on business needs. \nOversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. \nOversees, guides and coaches a growing helpdesk team. \nCollaborates with users, vendors, engineering, and management to understand and assess system needs and requirements to be supported by information systems and technology. \nKnowledge and understanding of current industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks. \nPerforms other related duties as assigned. \nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nExcellent organizational and analytical skills. \nDemonstrated excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead, mentor, facilitate, motivate, and execute. \nProficient in Office 365, Exchange Online and Azure AD administration. \nStrong networking background. \nExperience with VMware ESXI environments.
