The role will be to control project scopes, create and maintain project timelines, track labor needs, material needs, construction schedules, and work closely with several functional teams to ensure projects are completed with good quality and on schedule. \nResponsibilities:\nClarify requirements, track project performance, ensure full scope delivery on time and within budget. \nDevelop comprehensive and/or high-level project plans to be shared with internal teams, vendors, and customers. \nCoordinate and supervise dispersed project team. \nMonitor project issues, scope changes, risks and milestones providing confident and honest project progress evaluation to internal teams and customers. \nRemove project roadblocks and creatively assist in conflict resolution to improve team productivity and overall project delivery. \nReport on project and portfolio progress on a weekly or as needed basis. \nAssist in verifying projects are being completed to drawings/specifications/SOPs. \nKeep project documentation organized and up to date, manage documentation version control. \nUse and continually develop leadership skills serving as a role model throughout each project. \nMaintain a safe work environment. \nOther duties as assigned. \nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nFamiliarity with Project Management software and time management tools. \nExperience with process improvement and inventory control. \nExperience working with cross-functional dispersed teams. \nKnowledge of or interest in the construction industry. \nAbility to manage and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills. \nExcellent leadership and organizational skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products. \nAdvanced time management and analytical skills. \nDemonstrate a strong sense of initiative and urgency. \nEnsure project deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. \nTeam player. Ability to work well with all levels in the organization. \nStrong problem-solving skills. \nFamiliar with a similar product/platform: Brivo, Open Eye, Eagle Eye, Residio, Honeywell, Control 4, Creston, Real Page, Livly, Stratis, Schlage, etc. \nTechnical Knowledge:\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switches, routers, wireless access points). \nFamiliarity with Wi-Fi deployment projects, site surveys, AP placement, MDF/IDF rooms, and structured cabling. \nAbility to read construction drawings, floor plans, and low-voltage designs. \nUnderstanding of conduit pathways, cable routing, and telecommunications infrastructure.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.
