Thousands of companies trust Merge to accelerate product development, unblock sales, reduce customer churn, and save engineering resources-allowing them to focus on their core product.\nMerge is looking for a driven Partnerships Associate to…\nManage and support a portfolio of existing integration, technology, and API partners\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for partners after agreements are signed\n\nDrive partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing coordination\n\nWork cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute partner initiatives\n\nSupport partner launches and go to market efforts including announcements, enablement materials, and campaigns\n\nIdentify operational gaps or blockers and help drive resolution across teams\n\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupport the execution of active partnerships by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal owners\n\nLead partner onboarding workflows including access setup, documentation sharing, and internal readiness\n\nAct as the connective tissue between partners and internal teams to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly\n\nMonitor partner progress and surface risks, dependencies, or delays early\n\nCollect feedback from partners and internal teams to inform improvements to partnership processes\n\nCreate and maintain clear internal artifacts such as partner briefs, trackers, and status updates\n\nWhat experience is required?\n1 - 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, operations, project management, consulting, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partners and workstreams in parallel\n\nExperience working cross functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, including coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables\n\nComfort operating in a fast paced environment with evolving processes and shifting priorities\n\nInterest in APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products\n\nCompensation\nThe cash compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000\n\nActual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications.
