These teams tackle a variety of technical challenges across the tech stack, from product engineering to runtime orchestration, with a heavy focus on our newest products like Merge Gateway. We are hiring for mid - to staff - level positions, with candidate evaluation based on a combination of relevant experience and performance in the interview process.\nWhat you will do:\nParticipate in roadmapping and architecture discussions\n\nProduce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code\n\nLead large projects from initial inception to production\n\nUnblock and support your team of peers including engineers, designers, product managers, and business operators\n\nInteract with customers to solve customer problems\n\nBuild a best in class developer experience for Merge’s dashboard, docs, APIs and SDKs\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n5-7+ years of full-time software engineering experience (looking for senior+ level of experience)\n\nExperience with frameworks (Django, Rails, Spring, React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.)\n\nExtensive knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred)\n\nAn ability to perform in a fast paced environment and deal with ambiguity\n\nStartup or SaaS experience preferred\n\nExperience with design systems, modern styling, and frontend testing practices a plus\n\nCompensation\nThe cash compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $235,000\n\nActual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications.
