You will play a key role in designing and optimizing user experiences for digital loan and account applications, ensuring workflows are efficient for internal users and effective for end users. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our digital products, helping to streamline critical financial workflows while adding moments of delight through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design.\nThis role requires strong ownership across the full design lifecycle-from problem framing through final specifications-while working within product constraints and evolving patterns within our design system. You will also have the opportunity to apply emerging AI-powered UX processes for design and testing, as well as contribute to AI features that meaningfully enhance the lending experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to UX design efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery through final design specifications and delivery\n\nTranslate complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences for B2B users and downstream consumer interactions\n\nDesign, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to align user needs with business goals and technical considerations. Participate in discovery efforts to help define problems and shape design opportunities\n\nCommunicate design rationale clearly by articulating the “why” behind decisions-including user needs, business context, and intended outcomes-so cross-functional partners can make informed decisions\n\nWork with Engineering throughout design and development to validate feasibility, understand constraints, and support the delivery of practical, high-quality solutions\n\nParticipate in agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure design intent is well understood and implemented effectively\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and clearly communicate design decisions and tradeoffs\n\nPresent and defend UX decisions to stakeholders\n\nWork within an established design system, leveraging and improving patterns as needed\n\nDesign within product, technical, and regulatory constraints while maintaining usability\n\nCreate scalable design systems, components, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma\n\nParticipate in grooming and ensure high-quality implementation\n\nUse AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) and automation tools (e.g., Make) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency\n\nIncorporate user testing, usability feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions\n\nPartner with stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative insights and iterate designs\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise (B2B) or complex products\n\nStrong experience working within design systems at scale\n\nExperience designing responsive web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints grounded in a mobile first mindset\n\nExpert proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)\n\nAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints\n\nExperience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods\n\nComfort using AI tools as part
