Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.\nSUMMARY OF DUTIES\nProvides guidance and direction for the manufacturing process to meet the profitability goals of the company.Main Duties/Responsibilities\nMeets with other members of the management team to determine and monitor production priorities and standards\nManages manufacturing operations to ensure that production needs are met and that resources are provided to obtain peak performance.\nAssists in implementation of new products and cost reduction projects.\nAssists with process, equipment and operator qualifications, validations and certifications\nSupports development of new products, removes barriers to achieving objectives, and provides managerial and technical support to assist others to achieve their assigned job tasks\nResolves problems in manufacturing to ensure that quality needs are being met and manufacturing criteria are adhered to\nReviews and approves specifications and documentation relating to manufacturing.
