territory\nWork independently to achieve the sales target, establish new and enhance existing relationships with key medical specialists and other relevant authorities\nProvision of comprehensive clinical product support to customers\nProvide product training to relevant parties\nCollect and report market information to the company\nProvide on-site technical support & troubleshooting if needed\nHave a sound understanding of, and comply with Company Compliance requirements\nDemonstrates an excellent knowledge of the product range and a sound understanding of the associated medical discipline\nMeet or exceed the sales targets by working independently in assigned territory to present and sell products and services to physicians, hospitals, outpatient facilities, health care facilities, etc\nl Plan, forecast and track all progress and results in a timely and objective mannerAssist in develop and maintain sales plan\nAssist in identifying key trend directions, establish pricing, promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives\nFollow-through on customer requests and commitments\nManage and develop strong relations with the existing distributors and acquire new distributors for new accounts\nDeepen customer relations with existing customers\n\nEducation and Experience\nDegree Holder in Science, Life Science, Biochemistry or related discipline\nMinimum of 3 years in a successful medical device sales and marketing roles, experience in selling interventional cardiology & radiology or related products will be preferred\nAbility to establish high quality consultative relationships with leading medical specialists\nExcellent interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with other team members and distributors to improve sales\nAbility to meet performance goals and develop new opportunities using innovative strategies.\nSelf-motivated, able to work independently, have passion to the industry,
