MeritFirst is partnering with fast-growing software companies to hire their next Sales Development Representatives. We're looking for driven, coachable people who want to break into tech sales, or who have a year or two of experience and want to join a company on a real growth curve.
What you'll do
Prospect and book meetings with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies
Run outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound leads and hand off opportunities to Account Executives
Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce or a similar CRM
Hit weekly and monthly meeting targets with support from sales leadership
What we're looking for
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or any competitive environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Resilience, curiosity, and comfort hearing "no"
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
