It is about helping clients improve performance, increase digital maturity, and make better use of data to drive business outcomes.\n\n Locations: Rotterdam and Amsterdam.\n\n Time type: Full time.\n\n Contract type: Permanent.\n\nJob Description\n\nWhat you'll do\n\n Advise clients on data, analytics, measurement, and technology opportunities.\n\n Assess current capabilities and identify opportunities to increase business value.\n\n Help shape measurement strategies, data capabilities, technology roadmaps, and investment priorities.\n\n Connect business objectives with practical and scalable solutions.\n\n Support business development by turning client challenges into credible, deliverable approaches.\n\n Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical stakeholders.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\nMeasurement & Analytics\n\nStrong expertise in digital measurement, tracking, analytics, and customer journey analysis, including platforms such as:\n\n GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics (pré)\n\n Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch (pré), or similar solutions\n\n Experimentation and optimisation platforms\n\nYou can quickly assess whether an organisation is measuring the right things and whether its data can be trusted.\n\nData & Technology\n\nStrong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including:\n\n Data modelling, integration, governance, and quality\n\n Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms\n\n Customer Data Platforms and marketing technology ecosystems\n\nYou understand how to establish scalable data foundations that enable analytics, decisioning, personalisation, and AI.\n\nConsulting & Advisory\n\nYou build trust quickly, simplify complexity, and connect technology decisions to business outcomes.\n\nYou are comfortable working with both senior executives and technical specialists, translating challenges into practical, actionable solutions.\n\nWhat success looks like\n\nYou are the person clients call when they need clarity, confidence, and direction.\n\nYou help them answer four critical questions:\n\n Are we creating enough value from our data?\n\n Do we have the right foundations for analytics, decisioning, personalisation, and AI?\n\n Where should we invest to create the greatest business impact?\n\n What is the most practical path forward?\n\nMost importantly, you help clients build scalable measurement capabilities and data architectures that turn data into better decisions, more relevant customer experiences, and measurable business growth.\n\nClients trust your advice because it is grounded in real-world experience and focused on outcomes, not theory.\n\nWhere You’ll Work\n\nYou’ll join a talented, diverse team of professionals in our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office and work closely with our client’s teams.
