Обязанности:
- Массовый подбор линейного персонала, БЭК - офиса, работа с регионами
- Составление профилей кандидатов, публикация вакансий;
- Проведение собеседований, оценка кандидата на этапе телефонного и очного интервью;
- Выполнение плановых показателей;
- Коммуникация с действующими сотрудниками для пояснения им условий труда;
- Отчетность по результатам работы
- Обработка и ввод данных в информационные системы и базы данных.
- Обязательно опыт работы в подборе персонала от 1 года.
- Хорошее знание Excel, обучаемость
- Умение работать с людьми, высокие коммуникативные навыки, доброжелательность.
- Умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
- Активная жизненная позиция, готовность к интенсивному режиму работы.
- Стремление к профессиональному развитию в сфере подбора персонала.
