Рабочие задачи:

  • • управлять группой диспетчеров: ставить задачи, контролировать исполнение, развивать команду;
  • • обеспечивать соответствие физического и информационного стока, оперативно устранять расхождения;
  • • координировать перемещения и оптимизацию склада, актуализировать параметры склада в WMS;
  • • проводить сверки стоков между складской системой и учётной системой клиента, выставлять счета;
  • • участвовать в инвентаризациях, готовить отчётность и формировать биллинг;
  • • формировать пре-фактуры и выставлять счета в 1С;
  • • вести документооборот, контролировать архивацию;
  • • взаимодействовать с клиентом: предоставлять информацию в срок, участвовать в разборе претензий.

Необходимые знания и опыт:

  • • опыт руководящей работы от 2 лет;
  • • продвинутый уровень Excel (формирование презентаций);
  • • развитые коммуникативные навыки: умение выстраивать взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями и представителями клиента.
