We are looking for self-driven engineers who are comfortable building this platform in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with attention to detail. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will also work closely with all the functional teams of MerQube to build and improve MerQube's index computation and management systems, internal and external index management and research tools, and data dissemination systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building production services using Python/Go/C++/Java.
  • 2+ years of experience building production frontends using React.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating complex features as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with public cloud environments (GCP/AWS) or a strong desire and aptitude to ramp up on them.
  • Experience developing complex backend applications.
  • Experience leading an engineering team to deliver a project.
  • Experience with pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Familiarity with data processing pipelines and workflows (Apache Airflow or similar).
  • Experience in FastAPI, Flask, UWSGI, OpenAPI, Pydantic, SQL, database design, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and EKS.
