Based out of Carlsborg, Washington, between the rugged Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges, Mervin is a direct link between riding and manufacturing.\nJob purpose\nTo provide cleaning services for the various departments and buildings at our manufacturing facility. This is a part-time position, roughly 16-20 hours per week. Ideally, this person would be available in the afternoons/evenings but there is some flexibility in the schedule.\nDuties and responsibilities\nClean, sanitize and restock restrooms\nSweep floors and stairs\nWipe down doorknobs and handrails\nSweep & mop office floors\nWipe down tables and counters in breakrooms\nDust blinds and clean windows\nGather and empty trash from all buildings and outside areas\nQualifications\nMust be able to perform the physical requirements of the job repetitively.\nMust be able to follow written and verbal instructions.\nIndustrial cleaning experience preferred but not required\nSelf-motivated with excellent attention to detail.\nMust have a high level of initiative and ability to work with minimal direction.\nPhysical requirements\nRequired to regularly stand and walk in indoor and outdoor conditions\nFrequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms \nOccasionally required to climb and balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell\nOccasionally required to assist and lift up to 50 pounds.\nVision requirements include close vision and distance vision\nMervin Manufacturing has the right the modify or rescind the terms of employment.
