service improvement initiatives.\nEnsure endpoint compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.\n\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nFresh graduates or those with around 1-2 years of relevant working experience in End-User Computing (EUC), desktop support, endpoint management, or IT technical support.\nHave hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user applications.\nPossess a good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.\nHave working knowledge of endpoint deployment, software installation, patch management, and device configuration.\nUnderstand IT service management practices, including incident management, service request fulfilment, and SLA compliance.\nDemonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPossess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users at different levels of the organization.\nBe proactive, customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nProficient in English and Bahasa (both written and
