Quality and Process Manager

About the Role

To establish, maintain and continually improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, while providing governance and coordination for business process management, documentation and continual improvement.

The position is responsible for ensuring that the QMS remains effective, properly implemented and aligned with the Company's business objectives, while enabling process owners to maintain and improve their respective processes.

The position serves as the central coordinator for ISO 9001 certification, internal and external audits, management review, corrective actions, process governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring continued effectiveness and alignment with business objectives and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 certification, recertification, surveillance and external audits, including preparation, audit coordination and follow-up of findings.
• Develop and coordinate the internal audit programme, monitor findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective.
• Coordinate Management Review activities, including consolidation of QMS performance, audit results, quality objectives, risks, customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain effective document and records control, ensuring QMS policies, procedures and documented information are properly reviewed and controlled.
• Establish and maintain the business process management framework, working with process owners to review, document and improve key business processes.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities, recurring issues and systemic problems.
• Monitor QMS-related objectives, KPIs, risks and process performance, highlighting significant trends and areas requiring management attention.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives, including process simplification, digitalisation, automation, reduction of errors and rework, and improved customer experience.
• Promote QMS awareness and quality culture through training, guidance and engagement with employees and process owners.
• Work collaboratively with Risk Management, Internal Audit, IT, Compliance and other functions on matters involving cross-functional risks and controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management or any related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in Quality Management, Process Management, Compliance, Internal Audit or any related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating internal and external ISO audits, including certifications or surveillance audits.
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015 and QMS requirements.
• Proven experience in process documentation, process improvement, root-cause analysis and corrective action management.
• Hands on experience in working collaboratively across multiple business functions.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and process improvement skills.
• Possess a business-oriented mind-set with the ability to balance compliance with practical business improvement.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
