LLC is looking for a Senior Technical Department Engineer\n Field: Water Supply, Wastewater, and Pipeline Construction\nLocation: Central Technical Office, Uzbekistan\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n Key Responsibilities:\n Provide technical coordination and support for multiple construction projects in the water supply, wastewater, and pipeline sectors;\n Review construction drawings, pipeline profiles, equipment layout drawings, and process diagrams (P&IDs);\n Identify technical discrepancies, missing information, and interface issues between different disciplines;\n Coordinate technical matters between civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & control works;\n Prepare and verify work quantities based on drawings, BOQs, and actual site progress;\n Reconcile actual executed quantities with BOQ quantities and quantities submitted for payment;\n Monitor material consumption, including materials received, issued, installed, and remaining on site;\n Review Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), subcontractor quantities, and supporting documentation;\n Monitor and maintain records of project variations and assess their impact on project cost and schedule;\n Manage technical documentation, including submittals, approvals, inspection and testing records, and as-built documentation;\n Participate in the preparation of documentation for the completion, handover, and acceptance of works;\n Consolidate technical information from multiple construction sites;\n Prepare regular technical and management reports for senior management;\n Coordinate with project teams, construction sites, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors;\n Identify potential technical and organizational issues and escalate them to management with proposed solutions.\n Requirements:\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply and Wastewater Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;\n Preferably 6+ years of overall experience in the construction industry;\n Preferably 4+ years of experience in a contractor’s technical department or in project implementation/control;\n At least 3 years of experience in water supply, wastewater, or pipeline construction projects;\n At least 2 years of practical experience working directly on construction sites is preferred;\n Proven experience participating in the implementation and completion of major construction or infrastructure projects;\n Practical experience with BOQs, IPCs, subcontractor measurements, and project variations;\n Good knowledge of construction documentation and approval procedures;\n Experience with FIDIC contracts will be a strong advantage;\n Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation;\n Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;\n Confident user of AutoCAD;\n Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint;\n Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project will be an advantage;\n Professional working proficiency in English;\n Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek is preferred;\n Knowledge of Turkish will be an advantage.\n Personal Attributes:\n Strong analytical and
