  • Du unterstützt unsere HR Business Partner* in allen organisatorischen, administrativen und operativen Angelegenheiten
  • Dein zweiter Aufgabenbereich ist die Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Landschaft
  • Du übernimmst Recherchen, Analysen sowie die inhaltliche Auf- und Nachbereitung von Informationen und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Kommunikationen vor
  • Du koordinierst Aufgaben, Termine und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten stets gut informiert sind
  • Du wirkst aktiv an HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Life Cycle mit - von Recruiting-Unterstützung über Onboarding-Koordination bis hin zur Dokumentenpflege
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Datenpflege in unserem HRIS "Personio" und hilfst, administrative Vorgänge weiter zu automatisieren

Wir brauchen Dich - Dein Profil

  • Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester immatrikuliert und bringst erste Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, priorisierst souverän und behältst auch bei parallelen Themen den Überblick
  • Du trittst empathisch, souverän und serviceorientiert auf und kommunizierst klar mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit generativer KI und idealerweise erste Einblicke in agentische KI
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
