Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The IT Assistant will support the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient guest support systems across all operations.
  • The role will provide timely technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and assist in maintaining critical IT systems while ensuring technology consistently supports seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
