Resources Specialist with a strong background in personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and serve as the local liaison with the HR department of the company's international group.\nReporting directly to the Finance & Human Resources Director, this role is highly operational in nature and offers a high degree of autonomy in managing core HR administration processes.\nThe successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees, management, external payroll and labor advisors, and the corporate HR team within an international and growing organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nPayroll & Personnel Administration\nReview monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy of salary components, variable compensation, payroll adjustments, deductions, social security contributions, absences, vacations, and other payroll-related items.\nCoordinate closely with the external payroll provider, ensuring all relevant information is submitted accurately and on time.\nPrepare and review employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment-related documentation.\nCoordinate employee registrations, terminations, and status changes with external labor advisors and relevant authorities.\nSupport and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.\nCoordinate voluntary resignations, contract terminations, dismissals, severance payments, and settlement documentation in collaboration with external advisors and management.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records.\nMonitor employee vacations, absences, and working time calendars.\nEmployee Relations & Labor Compliance\nAct as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, employment contracts, benefits, labor regulations, leave entitlements, absences, sick leave, and other employment-related matters.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and HR policies.\nManage and monitor employee leave processes, including sick leave, parental leave, unpaid leave, part-time arrangements, and other employment situations.\nCoordinate with external labor and legal advisors on matters related to employment contracts, disciplinary actions, labor relations, and employment terminations.\nReporting & HR Operations\nPrepare HR reports and provide workforce-related information, including headcount, employee movements, labor costs, and HR metrics.\nSupport the Finance & HR Director in improving and maintaining HR processes and procedures.\nAssist with HR-related audits and compliance requirements as needed.\nInternational HR Coordination\nServe as the local HR contact for the international corporate HR team.\nSupport the implementation of corporate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives at the local level.\nPrepare and provide regular HR information and reports to the international group, including workforce data, employee movements, labor costs, and key HR indicators.\nParticipate in meetings and ongoing collaboration with international HR stakeholders.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.\nExperience\nProven experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or Employee Relations roles.\nStrong practical knowledge of payroll processes, employment legislation, social security administration, and labor regulations.\nExperience working with external payroll providers, labor consultants, or HR service providers.\nPrevious experience within an international or multinational environment is considered an advantage.\nExperience using HR information systems (HRIS) is desirable.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.\nAbility to prepare reports, analyze workforce data, and manage HR documentation efficiently.\nLanguage Skills\n Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and communicate regularly with international
