The role owns IT application operations and provides clear leadership for the Endur support function, ensuring reliable day-to-day service delivery while enabling scalable growth.\nThis role establishes single-point accountability for technology operations within the ETRM target operating model, working in close partnership with the business to deliver a stable, resilient trading platform.\n Own METI IT application operations, stability, and service delivery\nLead and manage the IT Application Operations / ETRM support team\nEnsure successful execution of End-of-Day (EOD) and batch processing\nProvide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1-L2) application support\nAct as primary escalation point for IT-related application incidents\nManage third-party vendors and offshore support partners\nMonitor and improve platform availability, performance, and operational KPIs\nCoordinate incident, problem, and change management activities\nEnsure appropriate runbooks, documentation, and operational controls are in place\nPartner with the Head of Business Operations to support business-led change\n Strong experience supporting enterprise trading or financial systems\nHands-on knowledge of Endur or similar ETRM platforms\nProven experience working in cloud architecture (Azure)\nProven experience leading application or production support teams\nStrong understanding of IT service management (incident, problem, change)\nExperience managing vendors and offshore delivery models\nAbility to operate under pressure in time-critical trading environments\nStrong communication
