operations, program management, or strategy roles (design, product, or tech environment preferred) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and reporting Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience independently managing assigned workstreams, proactively identifying blockers, and escalating issues when needed Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Experience with data visualization tools or building operational dashboards Experience with budget management and headcount planning processes Experience in design operations, creative operations, or supporting design/product teams Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality
