You will build credibility through structure and clarity, and be a trusted strategic partner.\nResponsibilitiesDefining new opportunities for product impact\nInfluencing product and sales to solve the most impactful market problems\nApply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to look beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our growth products\nWork as a key member of the product team to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities\nInform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions and product launches in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams\nSet KPIs and goals, design and evaluate experiments, monitor key product metrics, understand root causes of changes in metrics\nExploratory analysis to discover new opportunities: understanding ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends\nIdentifying levers to help move key metrics\nMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent\n4+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R)\n4+ years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, understanding ecosystems, user behaviors & long-term product trends, and leading data-driven projects from definition to execution (including defining metrics, designing experiments, and communicating actionable insights)\nPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)\nExperience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)\nDemonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies\n\nMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
