Siemens Teamcenter PLM you will: Manage and organize complex PLM projects and priorities, solve problems that impact release progress and provide detailed information to cross-functional teams Support Reality Labs product projects from pre-concept through end of service Create and release Bills of Material based on input from Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing to support NPI and production product releases \nCreate and manage Service BOMs, Accessories and localized products \nCreate and release manufacturers, manufacturer and vendor parts and internal part numbers in the PLM system \nCollaborate with internal and external teams to collect data, drawings, and specifications from multiple data sources \nInitiate and manage ECOs, MCOs, Deviations and Stop Ships \nCommunicate Engineering BOM and data requirements between Supply Chain and Production to facilitate material planning, order fulfillment, logistics and service requirements \nContribute to broader PLM organizational goals, including tool and process improvements \nEnd user support and problem resolution \nIdentify opportunities to apply AI to PLM processes such as BOM validation, part number creation and classification, ECO routing, and data reconciliation\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience \n6+ years of related experience in a high-tech, fast-paced, consumer electronics environment managing Engineering design/documentation releases \nHands-on experience creating items and changes in a PLM system for part and product releases \nExperience with Mechanical CAD, ECAD and ERP systems \nExperience using AI-based tools (e.g., AI assistants, chatbots, or AI Agents) to improve productivity and data accuracy \nTrack record of identifying and implementing AI-driven process improvements that measurably reduced cycle time or error rates Familiarity with Siemens Color BOM Familiarity with Siemens Service Module Experience in Teamcenter PLM with the Material Substance Compliance
