This posting represents different full-time roles across the Meta company.\n\nProduct Designer Responsibilities\n\nTake broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion plus users.\n\nDesign flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.\n\nDesign new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems.\n\nContribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Facebook products.\n\nGive and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually improve for quality.\n\nDrive a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists in order to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.\n\nWillingness to represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly communicating the goals and concepts.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n4+ years designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design that meet business objectives.\n\nExperience conducting advanced usability testing and gathers feedback from varied stakeholders to inform product strategy.\n\nExperience developing and implementing design strategies, leads design efforts, and presents to executive-level stakeholders.\n\nProficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration.\n\nExamples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities.\n\nFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.\n\nAbout Meta\nMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
