alignment Act as a nimble operator, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution as priorities evolve\nQualifications\n15+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, operations, management consulting, or executive-level program leadership Experience building and scaling programs into repeatable, measurable operations Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments Experience translating complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Track record of operationalizing programs with external partners Demonstrated ability to improve operating cadence and execution at scale across multiple markets or regions Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience in partnerships, media, sports, entertainment, or creator
